66. Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

2 g black pepper

120 g sun- tomatoes

80 g spinach

300 ml vegetable stock

250 g pasta

1 g oregano

150 g cream cheese

4 g salt

20 g olive oil

Instructions

Set the slow cooker to low and add the pasta.

Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Add the vegetable stock and mix it in.

Cover and cook on high for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Stir every half hour.

Add the cream cheese and spinach when the pasta is almost done.

Add the pasta and stir it well. Then cover and cook for another 30 minutes, until the pasta is done and the sauce is smooth.

Serve warm.
